Rumour has it, labels were originally created in Ancient Egypt in the form of parchment and glue. Some say labels were invented in the early 1800s in the form of adhesive paper that became postage stamps. Hearsay aide, it was R. Stanton Avery, inventor of the ‘Avery Label’, who brought labels to the masses in the early 1900s. Around 60 years later, Post-It Notes became the first reusable stickers. They were accidentally invented during research into super-strong glues. Contact us for pricing.
